For returns to be accepted, garments must:
- Free of stains, odours and damages.
- Be in new condition
- Be unworn
- Be unwashed
- Be unaltered
To process a return, kindly follow the guidelines below:
- Send an email to specify if you would like an exchange or refund. (If you would like a refund, kindly include the account details you would like to receive the refund in the email).
- Send your parcel back to us (P O Box AF 566, Adenta. Accra, Ghana)
- Exchanges are delivered within 5 working days of receiving initial garments. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of your request.
